Corporate Training
Corporate training is a means of ensuring improved skills and enhanced performance by focusing onprofessional development. Nowadays, the manpower turnover is very high, therefore a robust responsive training system that meets the needs and expectations of younger employees, imperative. We develop corporate training modules that keep the workers engaged, creating better prepared employees in lesser time.
Soft Skill Training
Soft skill training is highly prioritized and recognized today by corporate institutes as beingessential to relationships. Our candidates are technically competent, but they have to acquire soft skills in order to perform their duties in a professional manner. Our program is interactive, participatory and includes readiness and reinforcement activities. The role-plays give the participants the ability to practice the skills and use it when they start their work
Competency Training
Here we offer basic skill development training in various realms sufficing the need of prospects across many disciplines. This primarily aims at giving a right direction to the candidates and helping them to build a good career. Competency certificates are awarded to the candidates on successful completion of training sessions. We also help them to attain a suitable job through our placement cell.
Employability Skill Test
We offer Pre-Employment Training through our Finishing School to the job seekers. This training aims to help people to think about their future and do encourage them to change how they look at themselves. The training module includes: Focus on developing personal skills, gain employment, Resume Preparation, GD Skills, Interview Skills, Understanding Organizational Structure, Career Ladder, work Place Etiquette etc.

Entrepreneurship Training
Diwani School of Skill Development & Fashion Designing do conduct Entrepreneurship and Skill Development programs to unveil the entrepreneurial talents of the people in different segments. Entrepreneurship Development Program equips the trainees with skills and knowledge to start with a business establishment of their own. Entrepreneurial talents exist in all societies; its emergence depends upon right training interventions.
Pupil’s Life Skill Training
Learning life skill is a part and parcel in life even if it is inborn and inherent. If kids do not learn life skills in school level, they may not learn them at all. Students have to learn decision making strategies, the importance of self-control, proven-effective conflict resolution strategies, ways to compensate disabilities and the value of positive thinking and talks..
Computer Training (Certification Only)
It is a division of Diwani School of Skill Development & Fashion Designing, which provides Certification to Computer Courses conducted by Computer Training Centres based on the prescribed syllabus of the courses. The certification will be based on the skills and knowledge of trainees and their marks in the respective examinations.
Workforce Skill Test & Certification(WSC)
This program enables the employer of an organization to understand better on the skills and attitude of their employees. The end result of this skill test would lead an organization to achieve their business targets along with a team filled with skills and positive attitude. This division concentrates on providing support to the organizations to empower their employees so as to enhance their performance in business growth. We provide training sessions based on the skill test conducted for the employees. Training domain includes sales and marketing, customer relationship management, administrative skills, managerial skills etc along with suitable soft skills. After the successful completion of our training sessions, and necessary amendments in the skill development areas, we will award certificates to the organizations, certifying that the employees of the organization acquired skills in their respective areas named WSC- Workforce Skill Certification. This would be an added goodwill and trust to the organization.
